Sergio Ramos could return to action for Paris Saint-Germain in time for the Champions League knockout first leg against Bayern Munich in two weeks.
Ramos suffered an adductor injury in Wednesday’s win over Montpellier, leaving the field shortly after Kylian Mbappé.
Unlike Mbappe, who is LIKELY to be out for three weeks with a thigh injury, the club is confident that the Spaniard will be able to return in time for the Bundesliga leaders’ visit to the Parc des Princes.
The former Real Madrid man ruled out of Sunday’s league match against Toulouse. And further tests in the lead-up to the game will provide a clearer indication of his recovery. After an injury-plagued first season in Paris, Ramos has established himself as a regular in Christophe Galtier’s side this season, appearing in all but two of the team’s 20 Ligue 1 games.
