Considine ruined a brilliant day for Tolono Unity superstar quarterback Dane Eisenmenger, who was brilliant in throwing for 541 yards and six touchdowns.
Byron opened up a 56-43 lead with 6:01 to play.
Eisenmenger threw a 6-yard TD with 2:00 left on the clock.
The Rockets then recovered an onside kick to set up the closing sequence.
Tolono Unity got to first-and-goal, and eventually a penalty had them set up with fourth-and-goal from the 13.
That's when Considine broke on a pass and knocked it away. A kneeldown secured the state championship for Byron.
Byron QB Andrew Talbert threw two touchdowns to Kole Aken and ran for two as well. Dawson Criddle also had a touchdown run.
It's the fourth 14-0 season in Byron's history, accounting for all four of their state titles.
