Arsenal unveils a bronze statue of Arsene Wenger outside Emirates Stadium.

From 1996 to 2018, Wenger managed Arsenal in 1235 games, winning three Premier League crowns and seven FA Cups. He was also in charge of the famed Arsenal side that went undefeated for the whole 2003-04 season.

Arsenal Football team unveiled a statue of former team manager Arsene Wenger outside their North London home pitch, Emirates Stadium, on Thursday.

The bronze monument, which is located outside the North Bank Stand, represents the French manager lifting the English Premier League championship. According to the club’s recent statement, the monument is 3.5m tall and weighs approximately half a tonne.

Arsène’s contributions and accomplishments with the club distinguish him as the club’s greatest manager.

He gave the club and its fans numerous trophies and tremendous memories, as well as a revolution in club management, an unbeaten season, and the transfer to Emirates Stadium,” said Tim Lewis, the club’s Executive Vice Chair.

“A magnificent statue of Arsène now stands outside Emirates Stadium as a mark of the club’s enduring respect and gratitude.” It’s a site where our fans and everyone who comes to Emirates Stadium can be reminded of Arsène’s impact and legacy,” he continued.

“It’s a fantastic tribute that the club has done something special for Arsène, which he fully deserves and merits.”

“Arsène can have that recognition and stay here at our club forever with a statue now at the stadium,” said team manager Mikel Arteta, who played under Wenger at the North London Club.

“I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to play for Arsène at this club during my career.”
I’ll never forget that he selected me to serve as the club’s captain and as one of his players.
