Australia won the ICC World Cup 2023 Trophy

Australia has been named the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 champion. In the final match at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, they defeated hosts India by six wickets to win the sixth ODI World Cup.

After causing the damage, Head left in the 43rd over. He made 137 runs off 120 balls, hitting 15 fours and four sixes. Labuschagne hit an unbeaten 58 off 110 balls. Glenn Maxwell hit the winning runs in the 43rd over for Australia.

Earlier in the game, India scored 240 runs before losing the last wicket on the final ball of the inning. Despite Shubmann Gill’s early departure, Rohit Sharma got off to a fiery start. India were 80/2 at the end of the powerplay when Rohit was dismissed for 31-ball 47.
