According to Ederson and his teammates, there is a “great chance” that Carlo Ancelotti will replace Tite as Brazil’s manager.

After Brazil got elimination from the World Cup in the quarterfinals in Qatar, Tite left his position, and Ramon Menezes, the manager of the U20s, took over temporarily.

The South American team has not yet named a permanent replacement for outgoing coach Tite, who resigned after Brazil’s elimination from the 2022 World Cup in the quarterfinals.

The Brazilian federation denied in a statement in February that they and Ancelotti, who is under contract to Real Madrid until 2024, had established a verbal agreement, but Ederson said: “There is a significant probability that he arrives.”

Casemiro, Vinicius Junior, and Eder Militao are among the Brazilian players who have played under Ancelotti at Real Madrid, according to the Manchester City goalkeeper.

Ederson Moraes’s statement over new Coach

Ederson says, “From what I’ve hear about him, he’s an excellent coach who is being a chosen man by everyone in the group. “Look at his resume to see how successful he has been.

“We’ll find out soon if he’ll be here or not. I’m hoping for a new coach soon. I, too, am excited since there is so much conjecture.

“Is the coach Brazilian or foreign? We are also in an anxious period.”

Ramon Menezes, an interim manager who usually oversees the Under-20s, will be in charge against Morocco because Brazil’s next competitive matches won’t be until September, when they start their World Cup 2026 qualification campaign.

Nine uncapped players were included in Menezes’ team for the match against Morocco. includes the midfield duo of Chelsea loanee Andrey Santos and Joao Gomes of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
