Chelsea have agreed to sign 17-year-old Everton defender Ishe Samuels-Smith, according to 90min.

Last season, the left-back, who can also play in the centre of defense, was a regular for Everton’s Under-21 team. He was a substitute for the main team in both the Premier League and the Carabao Cup.

Chelsea sought to recruit Samuels-Smith last summer but were unable to reach an agreement. But their desire has not faded. There may be a deal with Everton to sign this remarkable young talent, according to sources.
