Carlo Ancelotti stated that both David Alaba and Antonio Rudiger sustain injuries after the match against Las Palmas on Wednesday.
Alaba was replaced late in the first half against Los Amarillos after suffering an abductor injury, which will likely keep him out of Saturday’s encounter against Girona.
Rudiger played the entire 90 minutes of the team’s 2-0 victory, but he took a knock that has put him in danger for the match against Girona.
Los Blancos are already without Eder Militao due to a long-term knee injury, but Ferland Mendy has recently returned to fitness, while Dani Carvajal is back on the bench after overcoming a muscular condition.
