Jadon Sancho Transfer Update

Jadon Sancho | Saudi Clubs pushing to sign the Forward

An unknown Saudi Arabian club has reportedly made an official offer for Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho. The Englishman’s future at Old Trafford is still uncertain.

Clubs in the Saudi Pro League have until the end of Thursday to recruit new players. It is rumored that Sancho has received a significant offer from one of the division’s teams.

According to journalist Rudy Galetti, the scenario is ‘developing,’ with a Saudi outfit attempting to acquire the attacker’s signature before the transfer deadline ends.

The 23-year-old was notably absent from Manchester United’s lineup for Sunday’s Premier League match against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Sancho was not selected for the match in North London, according to Red Devils head coach Erik ten Hag, due to his poor performance in training.

Sancho afterwards resorted to social media to allege that he had been made “a scapegoat” and stated that he had ‘conducted himself extremely well in training’ in the run-up to the Premier League encounter.

Ten Hag is said to feel ‘let down’ by the attacker’s social media post, given the club’s support at the end of last year during some personal troubles.

The manager is reported to be considering removing Sancho from the main group at Manchester United as punishment for his behavior following the match against Arsenal.

However, there is currently speculation regarding his future, with Turkish and Saudi teams said to be monitoring his situation in Manchester.

Jadon Sancho could move from Manchester United to Al-Ittifaq

After a fight with Erik ten Hag, Jadon Sancho may relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Remember that following the 4th round Premier League match against Arsenal, in which Sancho was not picked. Later, Erik ten Hag explained his choice by saying that Jadon did not impress him in training.

In reaction, the midfielder issued a post on social media criticizing Manchester United’s head coach of being unfair: “I have been a scapegoat for a long time – unfairly.”

Don’t believe everything you read; I gave my all in training. I’m sure there were more reasons.”

According to CBS Sports, Al-Ittifaq of Saudi Arabia will make a loan offer to the player. The club was willing to add a winger buyout option in the contract. With the Saudi transfer window closing in less than 12 hours, insiders close to the negotiations believe that a simple loan is a more likely option.

It is yet unknown whether the player will agree to relocate to the Saudi league.

Steven Gerrard is the current head coach of Al-Ittifaq. After five rounds of the Saudi Arabian tournament, the squad has amassed 10 points and is ranked fifth.
