Juventus want to sign Alvaro Morata again

Juventus are interested in re-signing striker Alvaro Morata, marking his third stay at the club.

La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported on Juventus’ preparations for the transfer window ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup. With Moise Kean expected to leave the Bianconeri in the summer, Juve wants to recruit a new striker to replace the departing Italian.

As a result, Juventus’ interest in signing Morata has resurfaced. The Spaniard owns a home in Turin, and the city represents a ‘ancient love’ to him. Morata would ensure consistent high-level play. One disadvantage may be the money, as Morata has strong links with Atletico Madrid, and the Spanish club could seek between €15 million and €20 million for a permanent deal.

However, a lot depends on how much money Juve makes from selling not only Kean, but also Arek Milik and Federico Chiesa.

Juventus is eager to get their striker back

Juventus, in quest of attacking reinforcements, is considering bringing Alvaro Morata back to Piedmont. But first, the club needs to earn some sales.

Alvaro Morata and Juventus share more than simply a love story. The Spanish striker joined the club in the summer of 2014 and spent two successful seasons with the Bianconeri before returning to Real Madrid. A few years later, in 2020, the 31-year-old was leased to Juventus. He played two more seasons with the Old Lady before returning to Madrid. According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Turin club is considering signing the player again. However, before they can do so, the team must release two attacking players. These include Arek Milik and Moses Kean. Only then will a transfer be considered.
