Lucien Agoumé has joined Sevilla on a loan deal with a purchase option from Inter.
On Wednesday morning, Inter and Sevilla confirmed Agoumé’s transfer on their respective websites.
The 21-year-old French midfielder joins the La Liga club on loan with a purchase option. Sevilla can make his move permanent at the end of the season for €8 million, according to Fabrizio Romano, but the Nerazzurri have a buy-back option.
Lucien Agoumé appeared for the Serie A giants just once this season, coming off the bench in the final minutes of a 4-0 win over Salernitana in September.
In 2019, the French midfielder joined Inter on a permanent basis for €4.5 million from Sochaux. He only made four senior appearances for the Nerazzurri, who loaned him out to Spezia, Brest, and Troyes over the last three seasons.
In 2022-23, the 21-year-old appeared in 15 games for Troyes. He has also made two appearances for France’s U21 national team.
