Napoli are interested in signing Christophe Galtier and have apparently inquired about the former PSG manager’s availability. Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is already preparing for the resignation of current manager Rudi Garcia.
According to RMC, Garcia has four games to turn around Napoli’s problems, and Galtier is currently interested in returning to coaching.
This follows rumours that Olympique de Marseille contacted Galtier to replace the recently-departed Marcelino. The Spaniard left the Vélodrome after only three months in command, owing to a meeting with fans who expressed their unhappiness with the OM administration, which included violent threats, according to the club.
Christophe Galtier has been unemployed since leaving PSG in the summer, after narrowly winning Ligue 1 and failing to advance past the round of 16 in the Champions League.
