Noha Lemina to join U.C. Sampdoria on Loan

Noha Lemina is likely to join Serie B team Sampdoria on loan, according to a report in L’Équipe today. He’s moving to Italy after making an impression on PSG’s preseason tour of Asia this summer.

The attacker is younger brother Mario Lemina, who plays as a midfielder for Wolves and a Gabonese international. Mario Lemina has also played for Nice, Marseille, and Juventus.

The Ligue 1 winners signed Noha Lemina to a professional deal in October of last year. He was named to the starting eleven for a friendly match against Al-Nassr a few weeks ago.

The French youth international will now attempt to get first-team experience in Italy after scoring four goals in PSG’s Youth League campaign last season. The loan agreement is anticipated to be finalized in the coming days, with no option for the Ligurians to make the transaction permanent at the end of the season.
