Paris Saint-Germain has won the French championship for the 12th time, with three games remaining in the 2024 Ligue 1.
The Red and Blues have already won their 50th title in history.
Since September 2023, Paris Saint-Germain has not lost any of its 26 Ligue 1 games. They are currently unstoppable leading second-place Monaco by XX points.
On Matchday 31, Captain Marquinhos (who this year beat the record for the number of matches played in a Paris shirt) and his teammates won the Club’s 12th French league title, following 1986, 1994, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. With only one defeat in their first 30 games, they’ve matched their 2013-2014 and 2015-2016 records.
Les Rouge & Bleu have helped the club achieve a symbolic milestone of 50 trophies, 32 of which have been won since Qatar Sports Investments took possession in 2011. During that time, the Parisians have accomplished the rare achievement of finishing first in Ligue 1 ten times.

France’s most successful club has won its second title of the 2023-2024 season, following a 2-0 victory over Toulouse at the Parc des Princes on January 3rd. Champions of France 2023-2024, Champions League semi-finalists (against Borussia Dortmund on May 1st and 7th) and Coupe de France finalists (against Olympique Lyonnais on May 25th), Luis Enrique’s men remain in contention in all competitions in which they competed at the start of the season.
Despite the setback in Lyon, PSG’s coronation is complete, and they will face Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday in Germany.
Monaco took the lead in Lyon in the first minute thanks to a Wissam Ben Yedder strike, but Alexandre Lacazette equalized for the hosts, and Said Benrahma put them ahead before the half hour mark.
