Paris Saint Germain made official announcement of signing of the U19 Forward till 2026
Paris Saint-Germain has officially announced the signing of PSG U19 forward Ilyes Housni. The 17-year-old has been particularly impressive at the U19 level, scoring 11 goals (19 in all competitions) in 11 matches in the 22/23 season.
Before joining the PSG academy, the Créteil native played for his hometown club Créteil, Paris FC, and AS Jeunesse Aubervilliers. This year has been a bit of a breakout season for him. In the Championnat National U19, he scored six of PSG’s nine goals against Reims.
He plays as a center-forward for PSG U19 because to his excellent finishing and technical ability. He might not be big enough to play as a single striker at the next level. He can also play as a second forward or as a wide attacker. Most significantly, he plays effectively without the ball and is effective with it.
The rising star from Paris was born in the Paris district of Créteil, but he is also qualified to represent Morocco. At the international level, he has thus far picked Les Bleus. He has made three appearances for France at the U18 level and already scored twice. Housni is one of PSG’s U19 squad’s top players, and the team as a whole features some really exceptional players.
