Vinicius is a crucial player for Real Madrid. The 22-year-old forward’s contract is going to expire in the summer of 2024.

According to Football Espana, Real Madrid has now offered Vinicius a five-year contract extension with a €1 billion release clause.

The Brazilian attacker, who will become Los Blancos’ highest earner. He will also receive a bonus if he wins the Ballon d’Or while in Spain.

Vinicius have scored 17 goals last season for Real Madrid. He is likely to sign a new five-year contract with Real Madrid by the end of the week. The new deal will keep him with the club until 2028.

The Brazilian forward, will wear jersey number seven for Real Madrid’s next season.

The 22-year-old, who joined the squad from Flamengo in 2018, has worn the No. 20 number throughout his four years at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The most recent vacant jersey will now be worn by Vinicius and Eden Hazard, who left the squad by mutual consent at the end of last season.
