Fifa Worldcup News: Kimpembe injures as Deschamps called out Alex Disasi for French National Squad
The defender suffered an injury and is now out of the tournament just a few days before it starts. Presnel Kimpembe will not play in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. France will defend their title in Qatar after winning it in Russia four years ago. They will, however, be without the services of the PSG defender, who’s unable to recover from his injury and join the rest of the squad.
Didier Deschamps called AS Monaco’s Axel Disasi, who had never before played for France, to replace Paris Saint-central Germain’s defense. The 24-year-old defender is anticipated to be at Clairefontaine, where the Blues arrived on Monday, within the next few hours.
