Bayern Munich unveils new Home kit for 2024-2025 season

Bayern Munich has announced their new uniform for the 2024/25 season, with the club’s women’s squad being the first to wear it in a competitive game, followed by the men’s team in their final home game of the current Bundesliga season.

FC Bayern Women will wear the new all-red uniform in the Women’s DFB Cup final against Wolfsburg in Cologne on May 9, before Harry Kane and co. show it off three days later at the Allianz Arena in their final league home game of the season, also against Wolfsburg.

For the first time, the women will get their own FC Bayern badge, with two stars above it to commemorate the five league titles they have won since the league’s inception in 1990.

The men’s team will retain five stars in appreciation of their record-breaking 32 Bundesliga titles.

The home shirt has three different hues of red, a first in club history, to express identification, emotion, and game drama. It also recognizes Bayern Munich as the only German men’s team to win the Bundesliga-DFB Cup-Champions League treble twice: in 2012/13 and 2019/20.

The diamonds of the Bavarian flag create a new interpretation of the vertical stripe on the front of the shirt, which also features the club motto ‘Mia san Mia’ on the collar. In an innovative first for a Bundesliga and Champions League team, Allianz’s sleeve badge also functions as a QR code, allowing fans to enjoy exclusive promotions throughout the season.
