Jamal Musiala Transfer Update
According to Christian Falk, Pep Guardiola wants Bayern Munich’s Jamal Musiala to join Manchester City.
Liverpool is also attempting to steer the German international away from Bayern. The Bavarians want the attacking midfielder to sign a contract extension, but no talks have yet taken place.
Jamal Musiala is not considering an extension at this time and is content to wait.
Musiala, as previously reported by GGFN, has several career goals that he is determined to achieve. Among these are the Champions League and the Ballon d’Or. While these are possible at Bayern, which Musiala would prefer, the chances of achieving them at Manchester City or Liverpool are just as good.
The 20-year-old is currently paid €8 million per year by Bayern, making him one of the club’s highest-paid players. However, if he leaves for the Premier League or one of Spain’s top clubs, the youngster will be paid significantly more. Regardless, Bayern is unconcerned.
