Aubameyang who makes £160,000 a week, has reached an agreement with CHELSEA to join LAFC on loan.
CHELSEA have allegedly agreed to loan out £160,000-a-week failure Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to LAFC.
The striker has not officially left his the club despite being shut out by Graham Potter.
Despite a successful tenure at Barcelona, Thomas Tuchel enticed Aubameyang, 33, to join Chelsea last summer.
They have known one other during their time at Borussia Dortmund.
And it was in thought that ex-Arsenal captain Aubameyang may lead Tuchel’s team to glory.
However, the veteran only played one game before being fired by Todd Boehly.
And Aubameyang hasn’t done much better afterwards, scoring only three goals in 17 games with Potter in charge.
The striker dropped from Chelsea’s 25-man Champions League roster after sliding down the Stamford Bridge pecking order.
However, there is still hope for Aubameyang’s future after an offer from American club LAFC.
According to reports, the Americans have offered to loan Aubameyang.
They are even ready to cover his £160,000-a-week salary, assisting Chelsea in meeting FFP requirements following an eight-player January splurge.
However, there is no evidence that Aubameyang has consented to the transfer.
The Gabonese star had hoped to return to Barcelona in January.
There were no other possibilities at the moment since Aubameyang could not afford to join a third club during the same season.
However, the MLS window has recently opened ahead of a new season, allowing the forward to start over.
However, it is uncertain whether he wishes to effectively finish his European career by departing for the United States.
Aubameyang to Los Angeles Football Club?
Aubameyang, on the other hand, would be in good company if he went to Los Angeles.
The team is led by ex-Gooner Carlos Vela, who is presently the star of the MLS.
Giorgio Chiellini, who won nine titles with Juventus and will represent Italy at Euro 2020, is another familiar figure.
