Fikayo Tomori suffers hamstring injury

Milan’s injury situation has deteriorated in recent days. In the Rossoneri’s 2-2 draw with Salernitana, Tomori limped off with what appeared to be a hamstring injury.

Fikayo Tomori is expected to be out for two months due to a hamstring injury, according to Sky Italia. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the England international has suffered the same injury as Malick Thiaw, who is also out of action.

In Tomori’s case, ligament damage has occurred, and while Milan was hoping for a positive outcome, Tomori will be out until February, leaving the Rossoneri with only Simon Kjaer as the senior centre-back fit. And it appears that the Danish defender will partner young Jan-Carlo Simic in Milan’s next game against Sassuolo, as Stefano Pioli’s position as manager is up for grabs.
