The German club is negotiating loan deals for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho and Chelsea defender Ian Matsen. Negotiations are going well, according to reliable insider Fabrizio Romano. Both transactions are expected to be completed this week, according to Borussia.
Sancho is ready to move to Dortmund as soon as Manchester United approves the transfer. Chelsea is still working to iron out the details of Matsen’s loan.
